Description
Tamarillo is a small round tree or shrub that produces exotic, edible fruit that has a strong flavour with a touch of sweetness. It bears fruit for most of the year and makes a superb indoor or container plant.
Tamarillo can be grown in any size garden and has a lifespan of around 5-12 years. It has a very shallow root system and cannot tolerate waterlogged sites.
