Description

The Nectarine tree has a semi-upright growth habit and should be pruned during the Winter season.  It is a self-pollinating tree but will produce better when more than one tree is grown.  

It makes a great container plant and is often cultivated as an ornamental tree too.  Nectarine trees can also be used as a hedge plant and can be planted anywhere as it doesn’t have an aggressive root system.  Do not plant in heavy soils.
