Description

Prunus domestica is a flowering plant that bears juicy, sweet to tarty tasting fruit in Summer.  Plum trees need to be protected from strong winds and cold weather conditions.  It can be pruned to bonsai or grown as a houseplant.

Prunus domestica has a spreading to upright growth habit and needs to receive a minimum of 6 hours of sun per day in order to produce tender fruit.
