Description

The fruit salad tree is a small evergreen tree that bears fruit that tastes like pineapple, apple and mint.  It can be grown into a multi-stemmed shrub or hedge and used as an ornamental tree due to its attractive leaves, unusual white to red flowers and delicious fruit.

Commonly used as an indoor or container plant, the fruit salad tree can be grown in full sun or semi-shaded areas.  Once established the fruit salad tree can tolerate extreme frost and drought conditions.
