Description

Evergreen to deciduous small tree or shrub that grows best in rocky areas.  It is often used as a pretty ornamental tree or hedge plant that bears edible fruit.

Its yellow-coloured flowers blossom in Summer, while its twigs are customarily used for as toothbrushes and all parts are used medicinally.
