Description

This beautiful small avenue tree attracts birds with its bright red aril attached to its seeds.  Bees and many other pollinating insects visit its sweet-smelling flowers.  Its wood has a stunning pale pinky-brown colour.

Perfect to use as an ornamental tree or hedge plant.  By planting these trees close together you can create a forest effect.  Protected species in South Africa.
