Description

This remarkable ornamental tree offers tons of shade and can be used as a hedge plant and is well known as the tree of the Cape and the tree of Africa.

It often attracts African Olive (Rameron) Pigeon, Samango monkeys and Cape parrots with its seeds. It is also a host plant to the larvae of the Citrus Swallowtail Butterflies.
